What a subscription covers
A subscription opens the live channels, movies and series, and catch-up shown on this site, for as long as the plan you chose lasts. Terms run from three months to twenty-four. Every plan holds the same things, and only the length differs.
Price and payment
Prices are listed in dollars on the home page and on the checkout page. The checkout provider takes the payment.
The free trial
A trial lasts 24 hours and needs no credit card. When it ends the login stops working, no renewal is set up and no charge follows. Only one trial per customer and per device is available.
Using the service
After checkout, your sign-in is emailed to you, normally in about 15 minutes. Picture quality depends on your own internet connection and device. The install guide covers the apps and steps for each screen.
Names and logos
Mag Box IPTV is independent and has no connection to Infomir, the maker of MAG devices. Network, league and streaming names here describe what the lineup holds, and they belong to their owners.
Changes
If these terms are edited, the date at the top moves too.
Refund policy for MAG Box IPTV
Suppose support cannot get the service running on your device. In that case you may ask by email for a full refund, as long as you do so during the first seven days after you buy. Write to [email protected] and describe what you tried.
Changing your mind is different. After the service works, that kind of refund is not offered, and the free trial is there to help you decide beforehand.
